Standard UK Delivery 2nd Class Tracked: £5.00

Europe : £15.00

Rest of the world : £20.00

Your items will be shipped the next working day after receipt of your order, where possible we will post your items on the day the order is placed.

If your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend your item will be shipped on the following Monday.

Sew Sustainable Kids cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, busy holiday periods or customs delays.

Please note that import duty and VAT may apply for deliveries outside the UK. As the recipient of our products you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes added by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is your responsibility. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with our products in any way they can be returned or exchanged provided that the items are in a saleable condition. All goods bought online must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in it's original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

Please include the following with your package:

• Reason for return

• Whether you would like a refund or to exchange for another item.

• A receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via your original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item then please contact us to advise us what item you would like to exchange it for.  

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by the customer.

Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest you use an insured and trackable service to return your goods.
